Return or Refund Policy:
A return or refund will be considered only if the product is found to be damaged or missing in the opening video. The following conditions must be met:
- An unedited opening video, starting from the unsealing of the courier bag, is mandatory.
- The video must be recorded and submitted within 24 hours of the product delivery.
- Damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Any damage not originating from our end will not qualify for return or refund.
- Videos or photos submitted after 24 hours from the delivery date will not be accepted.
